The BuhlLadle metal dosing device for Bühler machines is now available in three sizes – this represents an extension of the field of application to machine sizes of up to 44,000 kN and dosing amounts of up to 60 kg of aluminum. The very precise dosing enables short cycle times and economic production. 

With full integration into the control of the Evolution and Carat casting cells, straightforward handling is ensured when setting up and changing over as well as during production. Besides this, the comprehensive diagnosis option of the Bühler control system is also available for the BuhlLadle ladling unit.

Together with other integrated Bühler peripheral devices and coordinated processes, the productivity of the entire cell is increased.
