On January 16th, Haitian Die Casting and Ningbo Kaiqi Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd. At the signing ceremony, Haitian Group President Zhang Bin delivered a speech stating that Haitian Die Casting consistently upholds the philosophy of "open collaboration, development through mutual benefit." According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on cooperation in three main areas. In terms of capacity upgrading, relying on Haitian Die Casting' equipment manufacturing capabilities, Kaiqi Magnesium will accelerate the commissioning of its new production base, further consolidating its market advantages. In the dimension of technological breakthroughs, both sides will focus on achieving advancements in large integrated die-casting technology, conducting collaborative R&D targeting the production needs of high-end automotive components. Regarding industrial expansion, the parties will jointly explore innovative applications of magnesium alloy in frontier fields such as robotics and low-altitude aircraft, promoting the broadening of industrial boundaries. It is reported that Kaiqi Magnesium will place a bulk order with Haitian Die Casting for approximately 50 magnesium alloy (semi-solid) injection molding machines in batches, for the large-scale production of magnesium alloy components in areas like two-wheelers.

During the same period, Haitian Die Casting signed strategic cooperation agreements with several outstanding enterprises including Chongqing Magnesium Technology and Hubei Magnesium Era. Among these, Chongqing Magnesium Technology will purchase 10 magnesium alloy (semi-solid) injection molding machines. With the completion of a series of signings, Haitian Die Casting has established a multi-dimensional, wide-coverage industrial cooperation network, extending from equipment supply to technological collaboration and talent cultivation. By integrating industry resources, it promotes the clustered and large-scale development of the magnesium alloy industry.

Following the signing ceremony, a grand machine shipment ceremony was held on site. Six high-performance magnesium alloy injection molding machines officially departed for Kaiqi Magnesium's production base, serving as direct testimony to the results of the cooperation and industrial synergy.

Haitian Die Casting' magnesium alloy injection molding equipment, boasting advantages such as low porosity, high stability, and high material utilization, has been widely applied in fields like two-wheelers, 3C electronics, and automotive components.
