In recent years, a rapid development has been made in the mega casting technology led by the EV manufacturers. The mega casting process is mainly applied in the production of rear floor, front engine compartment, etc. Die casting process for sub-frame and chassis has also been gradually optimized. As one of the most complete industrial clusters in the national die casting industry, Ningbo has created a characteristic development model with a one-stop full industry chain, which has reflected its advantages in the fields of die casting machine, moulding, materials, CNC machining and other peripheral facilities. In 2024, the China Die Casting Congress will explore more possibilities with colleagues in the die casting industry for the innovation and optimization of die casting process, with the conception of “less is more”.

With eagerness, Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (FICMES) has sought talents and experts every year since 2019 to strengthen the team for better industry service and encourage them to make more contribution to the development and technological progress of die casting industry.
