如何提升模具的性能和使用寿命,尽在2017中国有色合金及特种铸造发展论坛
当前,正值我国汽车行业高速发展期,产量连续多年大幅度增长,尤其是与铸造工业关联密切的乘用车增长最快,极大的增加了对复杂、大型、精密铸造模的需求,因而作为铸造工业的重要支撑——铸造模具产业获得了前所未有的发展机遇。可以预测,未来几年我国铸造模具的生产仍将获得主要来自国内汽车工业的强劲推力。

为了更好地服务于国内外有色铸造厂家和专家,全国铸造学会将于2017年7月16-18日在上海举办“2017中国有色合金及特种铸造发展论坛”,“第十二届中国国际压铸会议”与“2017中外压铸产业发展研讨会”将在本次论坛期间举办。

1.汽车压铸模具技术与高端产品对汽车轻量化的贡献
摘要:报告介绍了压铸模具的新技术和发展趋势,并分析了压铸模具技术对汽车动力总成部件、车身结构件和底盘结构件轻量化的影响。

2.一种可提高压铸模具使用寿命的新型热作工具钢
Abstracts: The major failure cause in high pressure die casting applications is the formation of heat cracks. Due to a modified chemical composition as well as modifications of the heat treatment and secondary metallurgy Thermodur E 40 K Superclean offers the highest resistance against heat checking. The excellent combination of highest toughness, excellent thermal shock and wear resistance at elevated temperatures leads to an effectively retarded formation of heat cracks in order to maximize die life of HPDC dies. In this paper the special property profile of Thermodur E 40 K Superclean will be compared to established hot work tool steels H11, H13 and 1.2367.

3.通过四种标准实验室试验评估压铸脱模剂在生产应用时的性能
摘要:脱模剂的生产现场测试是一项代价昂贵的工作。这类测试通常会以损失铸件,占用原料资源以及设备损耗的代价来评估脱模剂产品。因此在此之前,需要在实验室中就对脱模剂进行适当的评价,来减少现场测试的不确定性。目前大多数已知的方法已经可以测定脱模剂的一些特定性能,但在判断其综合性能方面却效果不佳。报告中G.W. Smith and Sons公司将提出四个实验室测试方法,以准确评估现场生产测试时脱模剂性能。

4.活塞润滑剂的类型和数量对国产气体调节器零件渗透的影响及其组织和力学性能的研究
Abstracts: Nowadays, Manufacturing of aluminum gas Regulator parts by Die-casting method has increasingly raisen. One of the main problems, that has always been associated with the gaseous components is parts leakage in tests. Also one of the key parameters for cold chamber die casting is piston lubricant which has a direct impact on the properties of parts. In this study, the influence of three types of lubricants(wax based pellet, graphite based pellet, and oil-based Plunger Lubricant) on leakage and mechanical properties of domestic gas regulator parts were studied. Also the optimum amount of lubricant and its impact on gas porosity were studied. The results of leakage test, indicate that by changing the lubricant type,from dry pellet to oil ,the speed of the 2nd Phase is reduced and flow porosity occurs in the parts. Also the blister test results shows that the increase of gas porosity is due to enhanced lubricant. On the other hand, the results of metallographic images indicate that wax based pellet has a little effect on the properties of microstructure in constant values of lubricant. In this case, the mechanical properties such as UTS ,are significantly more. In addition, the mechanical properties investigations show that with less lubricant the UTS is increased. Increasing amount of lubricant, only eliminates the flow porosity due to the increasing of the speed of the 2nd phase.

5.压铸脱模剂现场抗菌保养方案
摘要:在压铸行业,传统脱模剂在使用过程中,由于外界污染等原因,通常会引起脱模剂稀释液在使用过程中产生微生物污染的问题,从而导致过滤网堵塞,脱模剂失效等问题。报告从微生物产生的原因,以及针对这些微生物现场该如何使用正确的保养方式来讲述改如何最大程度地排除微生物污染的问题。
